Location was great but amenities & services were pathetic, Rooms were not as clean & pristine as expected. The hotel requires some major renovations & maintenance.

the people and the place. worst nightmare. i would call this a room than a hotel. there was a guy, the most unhappy *** i have seen in my life. no courtesy, no regards to customer service. the room which was allotted to us was in front of kitchen door (how in the world that is possible. we walked to the room and immediately decided not to stay. we wasted money on it. we had to find a decent hotel. but worst experience.

The location of the hotel is very nice with very good facilities. This is our third visit to this hotel in surat, and we recommend it for a comfortable stay.

Hotel is on one floor of building having other offices which is not apparent from the photos. There is no view as there is no windows. Breakfast spread is decent. It was neat and clean but rates are high.
